Do you come to our location?
Yes. Every visit takes place at your shop, yard or office. We need a private room with a door and a restroom nearby.
Do you do individual or in-home DOT physicals?
No. We work with employers and fleets only, with a minimum of six drivers per visit. Individual drivers are welcome to ask their employer to arrange one.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per fleet, based on driver count and the services you need. We do not publish prices because no two fleets are alike. Request a quote and you will have a figure within one business day.
How fast can drivers get their medical card?
Qualified drivers receive their medical examiner's certificate the same day. Results are reported to the FMCSA National Registry as required.
What areas do you cover?
Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties. Outside those, we consider group visits of ten or more drivers.
How long does a DOT physical take?
About 20 to 30 minutes per driver. We plan for 2 to 3 drivers an hour during a group visit.
What should drivers bring?
Photo ID, current medical card if they have one, a list of medications, and glasses or hearing aids if used. Drivers managing a condition should bring recent records from their provider.
Do you report results to FMCSA?
Yes, every exam is reported to the National Registry as required.
Who reviews drug test results?
A licensed Medical Review Officer, as federal rules require. We manage the program and the records.
Can we start mid-year?
Yes. We examine everyone who is due at the first visit and fold the rest into your standing schedule.
What do you need from us on exam day?

Is my drivers' health information on this website?
No. This site collects business contact details only. Health information is never collected or stored here.
