DOT physicals, performed at your location
Dr. Dylan Riggs, an FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner, examines your drivers on a standing schedule at your shop or yard, issues medical cards the same day and manages your drug and alcohol testing program. Your drivers keep working. Your records stay current.
Our work is simple to state. Keep every driver qualified, keep every fleet protected, and keep the roads we all share a little safer.

We track every card
Any driver whose certificate expires before the next visit is examined at this one.
We come to you
Examinations run back to back at your location, two to three drivers an hour. A private room is the only requirement.
Certificates issued the same day
Qualified drivers leave with their medical certificate. Results are reported to FMCSA and your tracking record is updated before we leave.
Employers with DOT-regulated drivers
We work directly with employers. Every visit is scheduled in advance at your location, with a minimum of six drivers, which keeps pricing fair and scheduling predictable.

Led by Dylan Riggs, DC, MS
Riggs Health Services is led by Dr. Dylan Riggs, a Doctor of Chiropractic and FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner with years of experience treating the backs and shoulders of people who work with their bodies. He sets the clinical standard for every examination we perform.
He founded the practice on a simple premise. A driver should not lose half a day to a waiting room, and a fleet manager should not have to chase medical certificates. Bring the examination to the fleet, perform it to the standard, and keep the records in order.

Do you come to our location?
Yes. Every visit takes place at your shop, yard or office. We need a private room with a door and a restroom nearby.
Do you do individual or in-home DOT physicals?
No. We work with employers and fleets only, with a minimum of six drivers per visit. Individual drivers are welcome to ask their employer to arrange one.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is quoted per fleet, based on driver count and the services you need. We do not publish prices because no two fleets are alike. Request a quote and you will have a figure within one business day.
How fast can drivers get their medical card?
Qualified drivers receive their medical examiner's certificate the same day. Results are reported to the FMCSA National Registry as required.
What areas do you cover?
Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties. Outside those, we consider group visits of ten or more drivers.
